Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the item you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the watch back in its original presentation box with all protective films and tags intact, then secure it inside a shipping mailer.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
