What is the shipping timeframe for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on customs processing in your specific country.
Are Wristly watches water-resistant?
Most of our fashion timepieces are water-resistant up to 3ATM or 5ATM, meaning they can handle light splashes or rain. However, we recommend avoiding submersion in water or wearing them while swimming to preserve the leather and internal movement.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item in its original, unworn condition with all protective films intact for a full refund.
Do your watches come with a warranty?
Yes, every Wristly watch is backed by a 2-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in the movement, dial, and hands. It does not cover normal wear and tear or battery replacement.
